The works of plenary and invited speakers will be published in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Web of Science. Presentations recommended by the Program Committee of the Conference will be published in the special edition of Izvestia RAS. Physics Series (indexed in Scopus). The Book of Abstracts of the Conference will be published in the digital form and indexed in the RISC.
